COUPLES WORKSHOPS
CONTENT AND FORMAT

Picture
Love, trust, compassion, curiosity, heart-connected sexuality, and a body core experience of self and values are the basic building blocks of a vital relationship.  Yet most couples over time regress into reactive patterns of interaction that freeze them into escalating patterns of conflict or avoidance of differences and meaningful dialogue ("fight or flight"). Only when our minds and bodies are awakened together can we interact with our partner in an intentional, purposeful way that respects both our own and our partner’s boundaries.

Our couples workshops will provide you with the basic tools for releasing the mind from history- and injury-driven fragmentation's and awakening the body to its core feelings of well-being.  These skills will assist each couple in developing attunement, intimacy, satisfying conflict resolution, and a more alive, fulfilling sexuality.
